This policy covers the Hello Train app for iPhone, iPad and Android, published by Axonite Global LLC. It is the same text the app shows under Settings, Privacy policy. This website has its own privacy statement.
This app collects no data.
It has no analytics, no crash reporting, no accounts, and no advertising — and it never will have. It makes no network connections of its own. Each time it opens, it asks Apple or Google whether the full set of horns has been bought, and buying it is handled entirely by them. The app sends nothing of its own with that question.
If you choose to request a feature from settings, the app opens your own email app with our address filled in. The app adds nothing to that message and sends nothing itself. We receive only what you choose to send, the same as any email, and use it only to read your request and reply.
If you choose to rate or share the app from settings, the app opens the app store or your device's share sheet. It adds nothing about you or your child, and sends nothing itself.
Your settings, the sounds you have starred, and a count of how many times the app has been opened are stored on this device. The open count decides when settings suggests leaving a review or sharing the app. The app never sends any of this anywhere, and the developer cannot see it.
If your phone or tablet backs itself up to your iCloud or Google account, that backup includes these settings, so they come with you to a new device. Apple or Google makes and keeps the backup in your own account, and the developer cannot see it either. Deleting the app removes them from this device.
The app sends nothing you or your child does to us or to anyone else.
Hello Train is made for kids, from toddlers up. It collects nothing from anyone who uses it, children included. Purchases, the feature request email, and rating or sharing the app sit behind a parental gate.
What the app stores is kept in its own storage on the device, and deleting the app removes it from that device. A copy in your own iCloud or Google backup is yours, and you manage it from your Apple or Google account. We hold nothing of yours, so there is nothing for us to delete.
